Our stove died and all we have for right now is an outdoor gas grill. Is there a way to bake biscuits, rolls, etc using that?

Yep, you sure can. People have been baking over fire far longer than in ovens. The best method is arguably the dutch oven. A large cast iron dutch oven is cheap and will last for forever – you can bake breads, biscuits, meats, and nearly anything else in a dutch oven. A temperature probe which gives you the true internal temperature of your gas grill is inexpensive, and advised. For recipes, and the like, simply google dutch oven cookery. Good luck!
Are you serious. No.
My husband has one of those big gas grills and he bakes on it all the time. He also has an electric roaster that he uses on the back porch. He cooks meats on the bottom shelve and breads and such on the top one. Get a dutch oven and it will help. Also a thermometer too. You see, I found out long ago that the more out door cooking supplies I buy for my husband, the less in door cooking I have to do. We have a large out door fryer, a large smoker a big gas grill and an electric roaster.
Sure. It is just difficult to precisely control the temperature. You can use your grill like an oven if you cook with indirect heat. Do this by turning off the burner(s) right under what you are cooking. Otherwise your food might burn. I like to also put a cast iron skillet on the grill grates to put my cookie sheet on to reduce the effects of the hot spots on my grill.
I have relatives that bake on their gas grills all the time. Even Pies and cakes! Go Ahead. I have tasted the stuff and it is great. Bakes evenly or seems to.
