I have a members mark natural gas grill (outdoor kitchen) and have found out how expensive it wilobe to run a gas line. I would like to know if I can convert it easily to propane.

Dr L is correct. Your local propane supplier should be able to help you with the change. Many stores that sell gas grills also have kits or information on how to make the conversion. It is done all the time.
Our kitchen cooktop is designed for natural gas was converted to propane when it was installed.

Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer. They probably have a kit to do this.
I checked the web quickly and there are many conversion kits for propane to natural gas…so there must be the equivalent kit…check local propane dealership….
