Recipe For Barbeque Boneless Chicken Breast In The Baked In The Oven?

Does anyone know how to cook barbeque boneless chicken breasts in the oven? Please be specific with timeframe to cook and all ingredients.
I am learning how to cook..:)

    Oven BBQ Chicken BreastsOven BBQ Chicken Breasts
    3/4 cup Barbecue Sauce
    6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)
    HEAT oven to 375°F.
    POUR sauce over chicken in 13×9-inch baking dish.
    BAKE 25 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Place chicken in a baking pan.
    Brush on a bit of barbecue sauce.
    Check at 10 minutes and recoat with sauce.
    Continue cooking 10 minutes more.
    Total cook time 20 minutes.
