The Amica works on the (bamboo-based) Cook Chips specially developed by barbecook which must be lighted with a special fire paste. The unique composition of the Cook Chips ensures that no smoke is produced during lighting.
I'm having a Barbeque contest on the 4th of July between 3 of my freinds and myself. What should I make? I'm thinking some type of beef because I would like to have something with very good flavor. I'll be cooking with coal and redwood chips. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated?
Thank you,
Maurice
I don't like the internal temperature method - the thermometer never seems to get quite up there until it's bone dry. I usually cook them for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees on the barbeque sound right?
I would like to know how to cook steak on the stove or in the oven, since I don't have a barbeque in my apartment.
1) What cut of meat should I get?
2) What kind of pan do I need?
I have a gas grill, but I'm not at all expierenced in grilling. I have people coming on Sunday and I thought this would be good for dinner. What do I need to do? Can you get a 'smoky' taste from a gas grill? How? Thanks!!
I'm making a small meal in a couple of days and I was wondering how long and at what temperature to cook barbeque chicken breast for in the oven?
Also, is there a way to tell if chicken is done without actually tasting it?
AND how long and at what temperature do you cook a baked potato?
Thank you in advance )
