Okay I Have A Weber Gas Grill, And It Can Only Use Natural Gas?

It’s a fairly new and really nice grill, but I don’t have a natural gas hookup for it on my deck… could I just run propane through it? I called tech support and they said it could be “extremely unsafe” to do that, but wouldn’t say how it’d be unsafe, could it explode or somesuch? I really want to grill, but don’t have the qualifications to run a natural gas pipe :( Any ideas?

Do You Have A Favorite Barbeque Chicken Recipe?

My neighbor just gave me an easy-sounding one, but it involves cooking with coca-cola, which sounds a little gross to me. I don’t know if I’ll try this one, but home cooked barbeque chicken does sound good for tonite……any favorites you care to share?

Ok, I Have A Barbeque With A Thermometer On The Lid. How Long Should I Cook Regular Chicken Breasts (fresh)?

I don’t like the internal temperature method – the thermometer never seems to get quite up there until it’s bone dry. I usually cook them for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees on the barbeque sound right?

I Have A Question About Cleaning Chicken Before Doing Barbeque.?

I bought chicken from meijers (the thighs and legs) and this is the first time I do barbeque and I want to know how to clean the chicken before I put the spices on it. My mother told me to clean it with lemon and vinegar and salt. What do you think?

Does Anyone Have A Good Barbeque Sauce Recipe?

I am cooking in a barbeque contest. The only thing we lack is a great barbeque sauce. Judges prefer a sweet sauce, but anything goes.
