I am trying to find a recipe to make beef (or whatever kind of meat) in our gas bbq grill outside. I need to make jerky for a kids class on pioneers so the recipe needs to be the kinds of spices they would have had on a covered wagon.

I have a gas grill that after it gets heated up makes a loud kind of a squeal/whistle noise. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it? It only started doing this recently and does it no matter how full the propane tank is. Thanks.

The noise sounds like it's coming from the regulator on the grill side of the hook up. I just had the tank filled yesterday, and it was working without any noise right before that. It gets louder the higher up I turn the gas on the grill. Is it normal?

I am 13 years old and today, I got in trouble by a lady to talked to my mother and informed my mom about the fire in the barbeque pit. According to "Erika" the eye witness, i don't have a right to do that. Is there a law saying that your not aloud to make a fire in a barbeque pit?

I want to make beer can chicken on my gas grill, but I have one of those shelves in the grill to grill buns, I can't remove it so I'm not able to close down the lid, the chicken sits too high on the beer can. Can I still cook it without closing the lid?
